It is wonderful to have a spare charged battery when the battery in my headphones needs charging. Will come in handy on an upcoming overseas trip. The battery is a bit pricey.

I needed a spare battery for my MM500 since it doesn't last all day. I can get about six hours out of a full charge. So I bought this to get a full day without having to remember to recharge at lunch. This one fits perfectly and charges quickly.
The only complaint is the price. If it was $10+ cheaper, it would be perfect.

Using it on my MM450.
The battery comes in nice packaing with 2 plastic fittings. (you have to assemble this yourself, it just clicks in)
Being very very picky, ..The complete battery pack doesn't click in as nicely as the original.
Other than that it is perfect.
