Comments about Twelve South BookArc Vertical Desktop Stand MacBook:

Everyday usage at home for photo processing.
Pros: Stylish, good quality, saves space on a table.
Cons: Closed new MBP '11 at active use isn't cooled and freezes. Every time it is necessary to pull out the laptop from the arc, to open and reboot by the power button.

Bottom line: You can use this stand only if you're surfing in Internet or typing in word processor.

Comments about Twelve South BookArc Vertical Desktop Stand MacBook:

It easily stands sideways and matches the MacBook perfectly. It helps prevents accidents at the kitchen table. When Traveling to Florida, I have an inexpensive 23" monitor and keyboard there all the time. So when I arrive, I turn the MacBook on it's side and use it like an iMac. I now have my MacBook as my main computer

Great idea and execution! Allows use of a laptop coupled with a desktop display and still saves desk space. It's one of those things that are so simple that you say to yourself, "why didn't I think of that?"
