The Promise ServicePlus Extended Service Plan for VTrak RAID Array from Apple provides 24/7 onsite component replacement for the VTrak RAID Array in the event of a hardware failure. Once hardware failure is verified, technicians can be on-site is as few as four hours with a replacement part. The ServicePlus plan covers the VTrak unit while it's under its 3-year warranty.
