International orders*The FRC-70DA16 Digital Audio Multiplexer/Demultiplexer from For.A is an audio expansion card designed for use with the FRC-7000 HD Frame Rate Converter. It enables multiplexing and demultiplexing of asynchronous/synchronous digital audio signals (AES/EBU) for video signals on the FRC-7000.
This unit supports AES/EBU eight-channel (16 channel) input/output. It also supports connections with multi-channel audio equipment such as HDCAM-SR. This unit comes with stereo 16 channel (embedded x4, AES/EBU x8, Dolby E ENC x4) individual delay adjustment function. Also included is an automatic assignment function and automatic delay adjustment function for input/output, including Dolby signals.
It includes an audio channel remapping function. The card comes with stereo four-channel individual delay adjustment function and with BB output terminal synchronized to input/output SDI signal. This card allows a synchronous signal to be sent externally. It enables significant simplification when building Dolby E systems, which tend to be complex when performing frame rate conversion.
