The MM 450 from Sennheiser is a high-quality wireless headset that allows you to enjoy your music with virtually any Bluetooth-enabled device, as well as make phone calls with Bluetooth-enabled multimedia smartphones. Ideal for travel, the headset also includes a detachable cable for standard wired use. A dual-prong airplane adapter is included for connection to in-flight entertainment systems.
The headset features Sennheiser's active NoiseGard 2.0 noise-cancellation technology, which reduces environmental noise by up to 90%. It also has a TalkThrough function that lets you hear your surroundings without having to take off the headphones.
The headset has a collapsible design for terrific portability. The on-ear design and soft ear cushions provide excellent comfort and noise isolation. Patented DuoFol transducers deliver detailed, natural sound. The integrated microphone is invisible and out of the way, but provides excellent vocal pickup.
Controls for volume control, track skip, play/pause, and answer/end call are conveniently built right into the headset, giving you full control without having to remove the headset. The headset charges via a USB connection, and a wall adapter is included as well.
Note! The iPhone does not currently support AVRCP, which gives the MM 450 the ability to skip tracks over Bluetooth. All other features are supported by the iPhone.

I bought these to use as wireless monitors for GarageBand on an iPad. They sync fine with the iPad and work with every sound program I tried, except for GarageBand. The sound quality is much higher than any other earbud I have ever used, though not quite as good as wired headphones. They also come with a wire, and that way they work (and sound) fine.
They cannot be used with one of my desktop machines because the sound is totally distorted. On another desktop, they work perfectly well. I don't use them with a cell phone.
The cost is very high and they can't be used for the purpose I bought them, but I'll hang onto them in case Apple fixes GarageBand and for those times I want to listen to the iPad and an iPod. They're definitely an extravagance.
They feel pretty good, but they have a fair amount of pressure and I can imagine that they'd make my ears hurt after an hour or two. But they're very small and handy.

I like everything about it except the volume could go a little higher and the battery life is shorter than I would expect.

The price is high but so far it delivers what it promises.

Use these to listen and talk on all my USB devices. One headset syncs to all of them quickly and with no hassle - cell, TV, PC, phone system. There is very low latency, very high sound quality with lots of volume to spare. The circumaural design is deep enough and the sound is good enough to work with hearing aids, for long-term listening, and for business & personal phone use. Great product - Sennheiser quality, but there's also the Sennheiser price. Would definitely buy again.

I use my Sennheiser's MM 450 Stereo Bluetooth Wireless Headset for both home and travel. I enjoy not being shackled by wires – to my mp3 player, computer, etc. – and this unit provides that freedom with good sound reproduction and ease of use.
Pairing is simple and intuitive. Range is as advertised.
This is my 4th set of Sennheisers; all have been consistently durable, true in sound reproduction, and compact.
My only disappointment with the MM 450's at this time, is a lack of useful documentation. The brief manual which accompanied the unit was helpful in pairing but offered little else in the way of using the unit. Sennheiser usually provides a more extensive downloadable user's manual; however, nothing (as of 9 Jan. 2010) is available on its web site that I have been able to find. I have inquired with Sennheiser; maybe a usable manual will be available for download soon.
I prefer the MM 450's over comparably priced and equipped units and would purchase it again.
