The ATR5200 Monophone/Dynamic Boom Microphone Combination Headset from Audio-Technica is a monaural headset, designed for hands-free communication. The headset features a single ear piece with a comfortable, cushioned ear pad and a dynamic microphone situated on a flexible boom. It features standard 1/8" (3.5mm) connectors for audio, and includes 1/4" (7mm) adapters for both the headphone and microphone connection.

This headset was what I needed. I had been using double ear piece set before. This set is comfortable, yet sturdy. The fit and feel are good. No headache after wearing them for hours. When I need to take them off and have them sit around my neck they are very comfortable too. Sound is good for the ear piece and the mic is clear sounding.

The microphone/headset works fine. Audio is very clear with no background noise. We use it for speech only, so I don't know how it would be with music, but overall it is a good product for the price.
