This is the best value per dollar that I've made in my photography business. I can sling this strap with 2x D700 w/ battery grips and lenses all day and feel great after. I have used dual Optech straps in the past and they worked well but my shoulders/neck always hurt after a wedding. Not to mention the stress of constantly having to worry about dropping one or both cameras.
I highly recommend the full line of Black Rapid products, assuming they are all constructed similarly.
One caveat - I purchased a Joey-2 for my RS DR-2 but it doesn't really work on this strap. Guess I'll try to sell it online...

This performs just as stated. It does fit my iPhone 3Gs with the large Otterbox case on it, but just. I have to jam it in and it does not come out smoothly. That said, during a shoot I am not breaking out my phone every moment, so it is just good that I can securely carry my phone with me. It does not, however, fit my 4 CF card Pelican case--too small for that. If only they had a large size--come on BlackRapid!

This medium pocket wasn't nearly as large as I thought it was going to be. An iPhone with a case can not fit in the pocket. Without the case, you have to jam the phone in there, making it difficult to take out when needed. If you have a case for your CF cards... forget it. That won't fit either. I tried 3 different kinds of card cases. If you put cards and batteries in the pocket loose, yeah it's ok. I wanted to get things out of my pockets like my phone, wallet, cf card case, and I can't do any of that. I will be returning these 3 pockets I bought.
I might recommend them to a friend with the warning of their size restraints. With these being the medium, I couldn't imagine what you would use the small size for.

Basically I added this so I would have a convienant place to put my lens cap. You can put business cards in there also. It isn't very big but for my wants it's perfect.

Works well and fits one of my blackrapids strap with ease but I haven't figured out how to get it on my Extreme Sports strap. My first Blackrapids strap came with a pocket not sure why the newer ones do not.

While this can hold probably most smart phones, anything in a case it will not. I have a BB curve in an Otter box case. The measurements tell me that it would fit. But, there is absolutely NO depth to this case. I much prefer the ThinkTank Modular Pouch.
Just bear-in mind this case is nice but it is flat!!

Also own a Black Rapid R1 Double strap. and it was because of these Reviews and Ratings that I bought this (sight unseen, I am the first to own one ... that I know of lol).
As you can see , I Love it !
Should have been built into the R1 double strap. (but, I guess this gives you a choice)
fyi: it fits a My Touch 4G phone (which has a large screen) and biz cards.
It does have a place on the front flap to clip a Pen.
* Wish it had a separate pocket on the front
Flap to HOLD Business Cards.
I might concider buying another one (if they have a larger version of this ... so I can hold a Pad for notes and Batteries.
*and a place for Business Cards in the Flap (that is easy to get to*
and hopefully elimiate my need for a Waist bag for smaller jobs. :)

I use this pouch to carry my iphone. It gets the phone up near my ear where I can hear it easily. No more missed calls from my second shooter. This pouch is durable and easy to install on a black rapid strap.

I would have loved this if it worked with the women's strap from black rapid. [...] I went ahead and bought one. However, there is no way to put it in as the women's strap doesn't unclasp like the original black rapid strap. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE so beware. I hope black rapid can make one for the women's strap because I really want one!

I purchased this Mod pouch to go with my Black Rapid Double Strap. The pouch slips over the shoulder strap onto the padded area and was easily secured to a snug lupe on the strap, that holds it from sliding. Though it is for a cell phone I store two back up battery packs for my Canon 40D. The build of the pouch is more than enough to provide a secure holder and enough padding to protect items placed in it.
I look forward to obtaining additional pouches as they are designed to attach together providing additional storage without causing the strap system to feel bulky or sloppy. I am very pleased with the quality and design of this system.

Useful for moderate size phone and batteries. Needs to be wider and longer with layered storage pockets on the front of the main pocket compartment. Like the fact that you can link/string multiple pockets together. Rather expensive however.
