I don't have anything negative to say about this product. It was exactly as advertised and more.
The cheat sheet is basically a tri-fold pamphlet with heavy lamination. It is multi-colored. In a nutshell, it describes briefly almost function of the camera. I have been using it frequently, just to remind me of some of the lesser used options.
This would be a great product for someone who is just starting out with the 7D. I have been using the 7D for a long time, and still find this product useful.
If I did have to say something bad about this product, it would be that a tiny portion of some of the print is small, so if you need glasses to read, you might need it here.

This is a great quick reference guide to throw in you camera bag. I ordered this one as soon as I came home with my EOS 7D because I have used the PhotoBert guides for the XTi and 580 EXII with great success. This is a must have for anyone who can't remember all the menu functions.
