The Gemini TT-1000 USB Belt Drive DJ Turntable features a USB port and is a cost effective yet feature-rich DJ turntable that is sure to suite home DJs, mobile DJs and small nightclubs alike. Easily record and archive vinyl to digital formats with a Mac or Windows computer. Audacity software is included and compatible with both platforms. The turntable features a belt-drive motor, dual soft-stop buttons, 33 1/3 and 45RPM speeds and +/- 10% pitch control. The TT-1000 USB is capable of club or battle style placement and includes a headshell and cartridge.

I ordered the Gemini TT-1000 to digitized my records. [...] The turntable has proven to be a great digital asset allowing you not only to connect it to your computer but your home receiver as well. Digitizing music is very easy using Audacity, especially since the software is optimized for use with Windows 7. The turntable offers the conveniece of speed control (playing records either faster or slower), record control (33, 45, 75) and skip control(minimizing skips on records that may be scratched, etc.) The digitized music is awesome. I was extremely surprised at the sound. It reminded me of my old stereo sound. The only complaint I have would be the color of the unit. I would recommend the manufacturer giving a choice of colors from the silver to black (which matches most computer and home theater systems). For the price, sound, ease of setup, and the features this turntable offers, and of course the Audacity software that's included (I would recommend using the newest edition), this Turntable can't be beat.
