What can you say!
Simple, low-cost, easily adapted to range of carts of different masses and fixings.
Finish is o.k. too.
Handy holes for mounting added masses to improve tracking for warped 78's.
Minor issue - don't rely on screws in flimsy box - one of mine had fallen out in transit??
Washers would also help tightening mounts to avoid screw "worming" out of adjustment when torquing them.

It would have looked better on my record player /w the headshell & cartridge together. The hole on tonearm too small for headshell are there diff. Sizes? My player is a philips 777 direct control. I was surprised the headshell wouldn't fit, if you have a smaller size let me know otherwise don't worry about it's no biggie. The catridge did fit in my old cartr that's the main thing.
