Oppenheimer Camera Products Yoke Mount for Panasonic BT-LH1700W/BT-LH1710/BT-LH1760 Monitors
The Oppenheimer Camera Products Yoke Mount for Panasonic BT-LH1700W/BT-LH1710/BT-LH1760 Monitors is a heavy-duty dedicated aluminum mount for the Panasonic BT-LH1700W/BT-LH1710/BT-LH1760 LCD monitors that can be mounted on a baby (5/8" stud) or a junior stand (1-1/8" receiver). It features bronze bushings, a high-grade anodized surface, and a very large locking knob that easy to use, even with gloved hands. No modification of the monitor is needed. Because the mount is carefully balanced, even leaving the lock untightened won't allow monitor movement to make the stand tip over.

PROS: This product fits our 17" Panasonic BTLH1760 perfectly, looks factory made. Great for location shooting, pops on a c-stand easily, rotates and tilts for easier viewing (and focus assist).
CONS: Increases bulk. Easier to transport without the yoke, but no way to easily remove. Would be nice if there was a quick release system. The bracket is not meant to be removed, but we need to for transporting. Requires tools and keeping track of small loose parts.

Yes, this yoke is expensive, but, it is very well made and it works perfectly. I use it to put the monitor on a stand for use in the studio and on location. My only negative is that it is expensive for what it does, but, I have found no suitable alternatives. It is so well made that I am confident it will last many years. So, from a durability and longevity standpoint, perhaps it is not so expensive.

We ordered this yolk for in and out of the field use. [...] we found it wasn't designed for a quick and easy dismount to fit into our carrying case. So it's good to know you either need a special and very expensive case that accomodates the yolk, or don't plan on it being moved much.
