The sleek and stylish Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX7 offers many features that help you take stunning photographs. Built into the camera there is a beginner-friendly Function Guide that helps you navigate through the various functions and settings displayed on the LCD screen. The camera might be ultra-slim, but the 10.2 Megapixel Exmor R CMOS chip will allow you to make big prints. The camera performs well even in lowlight along with its High Sensitivity Mode with an ISO of 3200, Handheld Twilight Mode and Optical SteadyShot Image Stabilization.
Fast moving subjects are not a problem since the camera can capture 10 frames-per-second. This, along with Motion Detection that adjusts ISO sensitivity and increases the shutter speed when motion is detected, will help ensure that you capture the decisive moment. To really see your subject in motion, the camera can shoot 1080i AVCHD HD movies.
Both stills and video are composed and viewed on the 3.5" Xtra Fine LCD touchscreen display. The display gives you the ability to select the focus point with a simple touch, scroll through images by sliding your finger across the screen, and one-touch access to the menu. Even when shooting in a tight space the 25mm wide-angle Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar 4X zoom lens will let you get your shoot. Other user friendly features include Intelligent Sweep Panorama, Face Detection, Smile Shutter, Anti-blink, iAudio and many more. The DSC-TX7 certainly is an extremely functional camera with having a beautiful form.

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX7 Digital Camera (Red):
I bought the DSC-TX7 as a replacement for an older Cybershot camera gone bad. This Christmas gift was a hit! My wife loves the point-n-shoot ease and amazing pictures it produces. The pictures on the TX7 are much nicer than the older model it replaced. The larger touch screen makes reviewing and viewing soon-to-be photos much easier for our middle-aged eyes. We're fans of Sony cameras but this one, albiet not their top model, hits a homerun! One semi-downside is the lame red color. Something muted is nice, but the faded red leaves a little to be desired. Last, I'm a new B&H customer [...] I'll be back!!!!

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX7 Digital Camera (Red):
My parents bought this camera for my sister, who wanted it because Ms. Taylor Swift was advertising it...and beacuse of the sweet panaramic sweep feature. I was in charge of finding the best price and the red color. [...] Everything about the camera seems exceptional so far, but sometimes it's too early to tell.I would HIGHLY recommend this seller to anyone who doens't want to give their money to some over-priced big box store.

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX7 Digital Camera (Red):
I can take almost all kind of pictures I need with this camera. I always carry it and take pictures of everything, just changing the program. Leaving it in auto, I can immediately take shoots of most usual situations. And panorama program is very good with accurate focus.

This tiny package is embarrassing in that it takes shots out of the box that rival my D3 which took me a bit longer to learn. Really just about the best point and shoot I have ever touched. And I bought it as a gift. Now I think I need one.

I bought this camera before black friday. It's great! The color is darker than its on the picture but that even better! It's really compact that you can just put it in your pocket.

I found the camera really easy to use, I hate reading instructions and havne't yet had to look at them as the camera is really simple to operate and self explanatory.
it takes great photos and videos, with an excellent zoom and great colour.
At this stage there is nothing I can fault about the prodcut. This is my third Cybershot camera and I would continue to buy them.

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX7 Digital Camera (Red):
I just love this camera. I bought it two weeks ago, since this moment it is in my pocket every single day. If see a squirrel running over the street: Camera out, slider down, shot. And it will be good one. Also for concert pictures this camera is very useful - I love the image quality in low light. The only minus is the zoom which is too limites for my taste. But this Cybershot is really worth its price.

Amaizing feature set including usage of SDHC card in a Sony device!
Excellent stills with superb autofocus -real point and shoot without thinking about it.
Video video video - don't take your camcorder. This is an amazing video camcorder with SDHC Ultra. One disadvantage is that it's hard to open the cover (nothing to hold). Overall an amaizing device that gives excellent results.
