- The award-winning Redrock Micro DSLR 2.0 hybrid support rigs recognize that video DSLRs change the game when it comes to shooting styles and situations. - Ultra Lightweight & Ultra Portable
- The Redrock DSLR 2.0 hybrid rigs are a new level of portability and lightweight for still and cinema-style shooting rigs. At the heart of this system is the unique patent-pending DSLR baseplate: a lightweight connector to connect the DSLR to 15mm rails as the backbone of any setup. The DSLR baseplate has set screws to eliminate camera rotation for using accessories such as the microFollowFocus. As a result, full size accessories are avoided, minimizing weight without sacrificing features.

- All DSLR bundles now ship with carbon fiber rods. Redrock's unique process results in precision, incredibly strong rods that are 66% lighter than comparable stainless steel rods.

Been looking for a rig for a long time and finally pulled the trigger on this Red Rock. WELL worth it. Much easier to pull focus and it is pretty stable. You can expand this like a LEGO to make shoulder rig too. Plan to do that some day in the future.

Really impressed with the build quality and stability of this product. This was my first time using Red Rock products and I am more than pleased. I have it on a Canon 60D and the added weight and control really helps you achieve shots that would be next to impossible without post processing and stabilization.

I bought this bundle after it's recommendation on the Prolost blog. It works amazingly well with my Canon 60D. I didn't realize how much I could need something like this until I used it. Handheld camera work is much more stable, but still very portable. I can rack focus easily & smoothly compared to just focusing by hand.
I had no idea what I was getting into, only seeing this product online. The pieces are precisely crafted, and are much more sturdy than I expected. The follow focus is a little bigger than I thought, but in a good way.
The only thing that kept me from rating this at 5 stars (as was pointed out in another review) is that you have to purchase a separate attachment to hook this rig up to a tripod.
I've only had it for 3 weeks or so, but overall I highly recommend this package!

I was first afraid to buy this because of the lack of reviews. Im glad I got the courage to purchase it. It is a must for 5d or 7d users.Very easy to use and you get so much more out of your dslr with it. Its the best rig for the price, and is always expandable. Big ups to BH photo.

This setup is highly customizable and easy to configure for individual needs. The micro follow focus v2 is a huge improvement over the previous version. The entire rig adds little weight to the already compact nature of DSLR's.
