This 4-Year Extended Warranty from Solid State Logic provides additional coverage for your Matrix mixing console, beyond the standard factory warranty. This warranty provides coverage for parts and repairs. You can choose to have replacement assemblies sent to you, or to return your console for repairs. This warranty may be purchased at any time during your product's initial factory or extended warranty period. If your factory or extended warranty has expired or lapsed, this extended warranty can still be purchased, and will take effect after a waiting period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Note! Extended warranty excludes all shipping costs. A substitute or temporary loan Matrix console will not be provided during the repair period.
