The Bower I-TTL Flash Extension Cord (4.5', 1.4 m) is an extremely useful accessory for Nikon digital cameras, allowing an external flash with a hot shoe to be used away from the camera. One end of the cord has the hot shoe to attach your flash unit; the other has a module which fits into the hot shoe on your camera. The flash can be located as far as 4.5' (1.4 m) away from the camera and still perform all the automatic functions possible with flash photography. You can use your flash-off camera at a wide variety of different angles to achieve an equally wide variety of lighting effects such as shadow fill-in, bounce lighting or dramatic direct lighting.
