The VideoTrack from Alesis is a compact and convenient recorder that captures high-quality video and audio at a moment's notice, perfect for capturing all of life's little moments. The VideoTrack has a quality video lens and advanced DSP image processing technology, allowing you to record video as well as still images. The recorder uses standard SD/SDHC flash memory cards and has a USB port for easy connection to a Mac or PC. This makes it easy to upload your videos to social media websites such as Facebook and YouTube.
The VideoTrack employs high-quality stereo condenser microphones, the same ones found in the Alesis ProTrack iPod recorder. The VideoTrack is easy to use, thanks to the large display screen and 5-way control system. A video output jack lets you connect the unit to a TV, while a headphone jack lets you review videos privately. The VideoTrack can operate via its built-in rechargeable battery, or by AC power. A threaded tripod mount lets you attach a table stand or camera tripod for hands-free recording.
