The Genus Ultimate Matte Box Kit w/72mm Step Ring pulls out all the stops in offering you outstanding value and quality. The Genus matte box kit is made of high grade stainless steel and acetyl for lightweight durability. It features two 4x4" filter holders--one rotating, one fixed--a 15mm rod support system, a French flag, a filter kit comprising 5 filters, and a 72mm adapter for specific camera/lens compatibility.
- Filter Holders
- Two 4x4" filter holders are offered in this system. One filter rotates and the other is a fixed device. Both offer lockable capabilities and easy removal.
- Adjustable Features
- A color coded blue coating is applied to all adjustable features, such as rotating filter holders and adapter clamps.
- Coating
- The rayshade is finished with a special optical flat coating for excellent light control.
- Support System
- This kit features a rod support system--which takes the weight off the lens and adds upgradability, adjustability, stability and security to the matte box system.
