I've only had this product for a couple of weeks but so far, so good. I bought this because of it compatibility with a Mac. The PC installation booklet was fairly straight forward but the Mac booklet was a little confusing. Contacted customer service and was very impressed with their timeliness in getting back to me and their technical assistance.
