Transcend's 4GB Class 6 SDHC Card is designed to meet the high-capacity memory demands of SDHC devices such as digital SLR cameras and digital camcorders. Class 6 compliance means that it has a guaranteed minimum write speed of 7MB/sec. This class of Transcend cards features an ECC (Error Correcting Code) to automatically detect and correct errors during data transfer, preventing data corruption and missing files.

I already have 4 other of these cards and I have not had any catastrophic issues with these. They read/write very well for their cost which makes them a great value. Just make sure to find out what class SDHC card your device needs. Some people just look at capacity only and don't take into account the class which makes a big difference with performance. If your device takes class 6, this is a great buy.

Not bad for the price, but I bought this for HD filming and it only holds about 20 minutes of recording at 1920x1080. Thats my fault but I wouldn't recommend it for an HD camera. Also it isn't compatible with 24mb/s. It has a write speed of about 13mb/s although it says like six on the box.

It's a memory card - there's not much to say. I got a good price, and I haven't had any problems with it in either my camera or as a storage device using my card reader.

Comments about Transcend 4GB Class 6 SDHC Card:
Nice gift I received with my camera, very unexpected but still welcomed. These days with 16 and 32 Gb cards costing so little, a 4Gb card seems small, only (!) 500 pictures with my Sony NEX3. The card does work well BTW.

Comments about Transcend 4GB Class 6 SDHC Card:
I needed more "film" capacity. This is the same card B&H [...]includes with the Nex 5 /18-55mm lens kit, so I know it works. I take only stills so it works fine for my purposes. I bought two (plus the one that came with the kit) since they are so inexpensive.
