The Durst Lidicon 100 Double is a condenser which allows the use of 100mm lens on the Durst M370 series enlarger, which are used when working with 6cm x 7cm film stocks.
The M370 has a 75watt opal light source in the lamphouse, this condenser fits underneath the lamphouse, and is interchangeable depending on film size. The lamphouses deflecting mirror moves the light through the condenser to ensure a directional light and thus produce prints with sharp, and brilliant image rendition.
The condenser system on the durst enlargers use a diverted beam, so that the lamphouse can be made more compact and the ventilation system ideally positioned, the beam of light from the lamp is turned 45° by a mirror.
The Lidicon 100 comes standard with the M370 black & white kit.
