The 250GB StoreJet 25M Portable Hard Drive from Transcend is a portable USB 2.0 hard drive, intended for use with Windows, Mac, and Linux-based computers. Perfect for portable use, the drive draws power from the computer's USB port and meets US military drop-test standards.
You'll be able to backup your data with ease thanks to the drive's OneTouch Auto-Backup function. A plug and play design means that no drivers are necessary for installation. You'll know when the drive is on and accessing data thanks to the integrated LED activity light.

I use the Transcend both with my computer and Macbook pro. I love that it works with both softwares! 250 GB is enough for a long long time, and I keep movies, music and my raw files on there, and take it whereever I go. I like it can be dropped to the ground and still not break. The size is also perfect. I don't have any negative comments about my Transcend. The best portable hard drive!
