The Pelican 2410PL StealthLite Recoil LED Flashlight - Photoluminescent is a practical light with a bright LED beam. The StealthLite Recoil is made of a virtually unbreakable ABS resin body resistant to chemicals, corrosion and extreme temperatures. The light has an extremely bright white beam, which can cut through thick smoke, fog, dust and water, making it an ideal light source for all applications. It is submersible to 3.28' (1.0 m).
It comes outfitted with a bright glow-in-the-dark lens ring. Photoluminescent material within the plastic absorbs the energy from virtually any light source, including the sun, fluorescent lights, or even the flashlight's own beam. The 2410PL is highly recommended for industrial use and fire applications. The light is very powerful, lightweight and attachable to your hard hat via the optional helmet light holder (not included). The StealthLite has an easily-operable on / off switch plus a heavy duty lanyard. It is powered by 4 AA alkaline batteries (included).

I was totally surprised with how BRIGHT it was. I know that sounds silly that a flashlight was brighter than I expected, but it was.
I bought this as a gift for my husband and as soon as he turned it on, I was amazed by how well I/we could see using it.
