The Apantac HDMI-4x8-Matrix is an HDMI 4x8 Matrix Switch w/Cat5 Extended Outputs that includes (4) HDMI inputs and (8) long distance receivers. The system provides users with the ability to output multiple HDMI signals to compatible devices, with distances up to 200' (60 m) at a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200. Whether it's a studio or event space, the extender takes advantage of cost-effective Cat5 (Ethernet) cabling.
The system can integrate with any existing intranet, such as those found in offices, places of worship, and schools and completely compatible with HDMI 1.3 and HDCP standards. Additionally, a display can be attached to the system through its local monitor output for easy viewing. The entire system can be controlled via its front panel, as well as through RS-232C remote protocol.
