The Twelve South BookBook Case (Classic Black) is a hardback leather case designed to fit an Apple MacBook Pro 15" notebook computer. It has 3 levels of security; first, its hardback sides with reinforced corners that protect the computer from impacts encountered on the daily commute. Second, the vintage designed spine provides crush protection. Third, it disguises the MacBook from being seen. Safely stowed inside, the MacBook looks like a vintage book left on a desk or table, reducing the odds of someone stealing it. It has a micro-suede soft, padded interior and 2 tough, rigid reinforced leather hardback covers for impact absorbing protection.
The BookBook case is made with hand craftsmanship and distressing, ensuring no two are exactly alike. It also has dual zippers with leather pulls, that at first glance look like bookmarks. It is designed to be used as a traditional sleeve or to work while connected via elastic corner clips.
