I just got a new DSLR and got this bag to store it and carry it around. I like the bag, it's easy to get into. The top section is pretty small, but still big enough for a field guide and a few accessories, and there are lots of pockets to put stuff into as well. I haven't had the opportunity to use the hydration system yet, but it looks like it will work fine.

Comments about Clik Elite Probody Sport Backpack (Clik Gray):
• Great for carrying enough gear for mountain bike photo trips.
• I can store a large SLR and flash equipment and access it quickly for shooting on the go.
• Carries my CamelBack water sack.
• Is a bit larger than I was expecting, but have used it on 2+ hour rides and should be perfect for even longer epic adventures.
• Plenty of room for bike tools, snacks and more photo gear.
• Rather boring looking.

I bought this bag to be able to take my camera snowboarding and mountain biking and I love it. It has just enough room for my 5D with lense attached and two other lenses in the bottom and a 400mm lense in the top. I just wish there was a little more padding in the upper portion. It's great because it doesn't allow me to take too much equipment like my other bags...which is one of the reasons I bought it.

Comments about Clik Elite Probody Sport Backpack (Clik Gray):
Bought this pack because I wanted to combine my enjoyment of photography with my enjoyment of skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Got the pack last week in time to make it for a week long trip skiing in Utah. The first two days it was great. Everything advertised. Comfortable to wear, ease of access to camera (In my case a Nikon D5000 w/ 18-200 Tamron lens). Day 3 I did some back country skiing. I took a hard fall in the morning, but avoided landing on the pack. Close call. In the afternoon however, I had one of my worst wipe outs. Tumbled front to back 300 yards down a black mogul field. After I got up and realized nothing broken on me, I was sure my camera would not be so lucky. When I got to the lodge I opened the pack up expecting little pieces. Only a small crack on the sun hood for the lens. Amazing. I was really hesitating spending the amount of money I did, but it was really worth it. A truly well built, durable, comfortable, practical pack. If I could change one thing, and this is being very picky, I would make bigger ends on the pull straps to tighten up the shoulder straps. Sometimes hard to find with bulky ski clothing on. I'm sure wont' be issue in summer. But again, great pack … highly recommend to anyone who enjoys being outdoors and enjoys photography.

This backpack is just right for carrying your gear while doing sports. It is slightly larger than the Compact Sport, but the extra room is quite handy. I can fit my Canon 60D with the new Canon 18-200mm IS lens. There is also room for a 50mm 1.8 in the movable pocket divider that sits in front of the camera. To the left and right of the camera lens are two divider areas that could fit four 430 speedlights stacked beside each other. The side pocket is quite handy and you can easily remove the camera when the backpack is slid to your front and the strap is slung over your right shoulder. The bottom pocket has lots of small dividers for all of your cards and other thin things like cables.
The top compartment has a zipper divider that separates it from the lower camera compartment. It's quite roomy and can store a pair of sweat pants, tshirt, and a shortish water bottle. It's got enough room to probably fit an ipad at an angle or a number of medium sized books. You "could" also fit the ipad into the water bladder holder in between the back of the pack and the main compartment, but you risk bending it.
There is a small zippered and felt lined compartment at the top near the carry handle that will fit a short Motorola FRS radio, ipod, cell phone, or keys (you can probably stuff all of those items in at the same time).
The two outside mesh pockets (one in the front and one on the side) would fit shorter water bottles since the taller ones might slip out.
The shoulder straps are very well padded and have full chest adjustment supports. The waist straps are very good as well, and "can" tuck into the padded area at the back, although since they're quite thick, it makes the pack a little less comfortable.
Length wise and width wise, it's quite good. I'm a 6' tall skinny 140lbs asian male and the pack fits quite comfortably.
All in all, it' probably work well for day hikes or skiing/snowshoing. It seems like the best middle ground between a high level of protection and a small hiking pack. Currently, I'm using it to go to and from work since I want to have my camera on me every day.
You can compare this to the Kata 3n1's or GO series which were the other packs I was considering, but if you're tending more towards sports then this is the pack to go with.

I have never liked the photo backpacks offered by most of the big name manufacturers - they are great if you want to carry 40 pounds of photo gear and little else. They never worked for me as my photography is usually planned around trips, so I need a bag that is designed to carry "stuff"
The Clik Elite probody is the first day pack that got me excited enough to abandon my traditional knapsack. The photo compartment is roomy enough for my D700 plus a long lens (70-200, or 24-70) plus a 50 and 100mm prime, plus battery, cards, etc. Plus I can carry water, jacket, food for the day, etc.
Construction seems very solid. Design is well thought out. Photo compartment is easily accessible.

The bag is great
-good space for the camera gear
-good space for the personnal gear
-my tripod fit on the side (my tripod is not a small size one).
my camera is a bit tight in it. I have a D700 with grip, with a Nikkor 24-70mm f2.8 on it. but I chose this bag because I want to be able to carry personnal stuff with me. So I don't want a pure photo bag.

I bought this for Peru trip and I absolutely love it! I was looking a nice backpack that can carry at least 2 lens plus my other personal belongings during the day. Previously I owned a hangbag like shoulder bag, which look nice, but just too much weight on one side of my shoulder, so backpack would be the way to go. But again, I don't want the boring black camera bag.
The quality is good and feel pretty comfortable carrying for day long sightseeing. I can fit my D90, 18-200mm, 10-20mm and sb400 no problem in the camera compartment with still quite a bit of space left. I also can fit a rain jacket and wallet and other misc stuff in it. I also especially like the sun glasses bag on the top, it's really useful!
My only complain would be the memory card compartment is on the bottom of the backpack and the I would wish the zippers of the camera compartment is connected so I can open it with one hand.

A very well constructed and designed pack that finally offers hydration in a photo pack with good access to the equipment. All other manufacturers that do offer hydration and photo gear protection do so at the expense of limiting easy and quick access to the gear. In addition, the construction is first grade and the pack is quite comfortable for long day hikes.

Comments about Clik Elite Probody Sport Backpack (Clik Gray):
I received my Probody Sport backpack along with the Telephoto SLR Chest pak & about a day later embarked on our 2 week trip into southern Utah. We spent time in Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Arches NP's & took 2661 pictures. I wore the Probody backpack with the Telephoto SLR chest pack clicked together for most of our daily hikes.
The above setup I mentioned was relatively lightweight, but importantly was very balanced wince there was a pack in front of & behind me. My general configuration was carrying about 70 ounces of water in a CamelBak bladder; it sat in the hydration pouch of the Probody. There's a padding layer between me & the water bladder, which has air ventilation channels. This kept my back from getting sweaty. I filled the upper pack compartment with lunch food & snacks for 4, enough for a 4 hours day hike.
During one of the hikes at 5000+ ft altitude, it was very cold since it snowed the night before in Zion. I put extra clothing in the camera storage compartment along with a Nikon SB-800 flash.
I carried my Nikon D200 with my favorite 70-200mm f2.8 lens attached in the front chest pack. The only thing about this setup was, I had to keep the lens hood attached in the rear facing position, since the entire rig wouldn't fit in the chest pack with the hood forward. It was somewhat of a hassle since I almost always use the hood on so every time I took the camera out of the chest pack, I had to take off the hood & reattach it in the forward position. Then reverse that operation when I put it back in the chest pack.
Overall, I really like the comfort & fit of the Probody backpack. I haven't really max'd out the packs carrying load, but with about 10# gear in the pack, food & a Manfrotto 55XPROB tripod lashed to the pack, everything felt balanced with a camera in the chest pack. The waist belt placed the packs weight where it supposed to be, keeping the COG low.
My husband said I looked like the poster model for Clik Elite with all their gear on. There were a few other hiker/photographers who commented on how well thought out the Clik Elite gear looked to be. For active photographers this is about the best gear out there that I've seen so far. It's funny that we stopped in St. George, Utah before we head into the canyonlands; this is where Clik Elite the company is.
MY husband called Clik Elite before our trip & was told they have their packs made in the Phillipines. Well he's Filipino so he was okay with that. The only thing that could be better with Clik Elite gear is if it was all handmade in the USA! MY husband wants his own Clik Elite front chest pack to run with the Sport Compact backpack, the next size smaller from the Probody.
