Aqua Tech CEP-7 Eyepiece
The Aqua Tech CEP-7 Eyepiece is an eyepiece made to fit a Canon EOS 7D, 5D MK111 or EOS ID Mark 4 digital SLR camera when used with a Sport Shield rain cover. It holds the cover to the camera and maintains waterproofing.

This is my second CEP-7 eyepiece.It fits the Canon 7D perfectly.The first one I got was loose and kept coming off.The first day I used it,I lost it at the beach.If you get one and it is loose on your viewfinder,it should be returned.I know I will get a lot of use out of this one .

I used an Aquatech eyepiece and cover on my Canon 40D for kitesurfing photography and they worked great.So I was confident buying the CEP-7 for my Canon 7D.The quality of the eyepiece itself is fine.The first day I took the CEP-7 to the beach and used it,I lost it.It was not snug to the viewer and kept slipping off.Unfortunately,I had to order another as that is the only way to use the Aquatech cover.If the new one is loose,too,I will rubber cement it.Hopefully it will fit.Very disappointing.

Canon has changed its eyepiece specs yet again. This one fits the 7D perfectly. It's also spec'd to fit the 1D Mark IV. The CEP-1B will also fit on the 7D if a little of the material at the bottom of the groove is removed. It won't slide all the way down but it's passable.
