The Aqua Tech Tripod Leg Wraps (Set of 2) were designed to make carrying your tripod easy without inflicting discomfort to your hands and shoulders. The outer fabric is made of a Polyamide material which has exceptionally high abrasion resistance and a soft feel. It also aerates when in contact with skin and will not hold water or perspiration which could lead to rashes or blisters. The inside surface is a rubber-like, high-quality neoprene 6mm closed-cell foam which is durable and provides superior adhesion to the tripod legs.
You will notice before applying the Wraps that they are shaped a little like your hand. The inside gripping surface is smaller than the outer surface so they naturally wrap around the leg sections. The fingers in this case are the three Velcro-type hook tabs that adhere to anywhere on the outer fabric, so it can be secured tightly. The combination of the inside rubberized grip surface and the adjustable tabs will ensure that the Wraps will not cause irritation to you by sliding down the leg sections.

Comments about Aqua Tech Tripod Leg Wraps (Set of 2):
These wraps velcro VERY securely around the top portion of your tripod leg and are large enough to accomodate the largest professional tripods. The don't move AT ALL once in place but can easily be adjusted with the velcro tabs. They make carrying my tripod with camera and lens noticably less uncomfortable. There are definitely cheaper ways to attach padding to your tripod, but these won't slip/slide, seem incredibly durable and appear very well made so I anticipate this might be the only time I ever purchase tripod leg wraps... probably cheaper and less time-consuming/frustrating over the long haul.

Comments about Aqua Tech Tripod Leg Wraps (Set of 2):
I had read some previous reviews about being bulky, but when I read the dimensions I was wondering if they would be bulky enough for my needs. As a landscape photographer hauling pro weight equipment can be very hard on the shoulder. When I received this product I put them on the tripod to test. Very comfy, dense, but not too dense padding. As a bonus, they look good.

Comments about Aqua Tech Tripod Leg Wraps (Set of 2):
Carrying my tripod in cooler weather can be quite uncomfortable. These leg wraps insatll easily and stay where they are put. They certainly make carrying my cold tripod easier on my hands and they don't interfere with the operation of my tripod legs. I just wish they were a little less bulky.

Comments about Aqua Tech Tripod Leg Wraps (Set of 2):
I am a wildlife photographer who spends a lot of time hiking with my Nikon d-300s and my 400mm f/2.8 attached to my tripod. I have tried pads and wraps that stick on with two sided tape and none were both soft and able to stay in place in the Florida heat and humidity. These wraps go on easily and stay on. Heat and moisture don't seem to effect them they are very comfortable.
I still use a pad with them to keep from having the base of the head hit my shoulder but they really work. They also allow velcro from the pad to stick directly on to them.

Comments about Aqua Tech Tripod Leg Wraps (Set of 2):
As with everything AquaTech these are phenomenal quality and well worth the extra cost over the 'other' brands. Great fit, don't slip, just the right amount of padding. I'm very happy
