This hands free car kit is very easy to use and to connect to your mobile. Volume is satisfying. Only a slight issue that bothers, the led is blinking every 3 seconds or so without any option to control it.

The unit is as basic as you can get for bluetooth. It simply allows you to talk to your cell phone hands free and hear what people are saying. Unlike other more expensive units, this one doesn't transfer the contacts, it doesn't talk to you, it doesn't tell you who's calling, and it doesn't mute your radio. There's one button to turn it on, off, answer, hangup and put it into pairing mode. There are also buttons for volume control that can also be used to put the unit into multi-phone mode. The solar panel is on the reverse side from the controls and it comes with a holder for the windshield. It also comes with a holder for the visor but if you use that you cover up the solar panel, so the best way is to find a place on the windshield that you can reach. Otherwise you can use the visor and then transfer it to the windshield to charge the battery (or just use the included charger that plugs into the 12v plug on your dash). It's easy to use and works well.

This car kit seems to do everything it was built to do. I find the volume a bit low but if the windows are up and the radio is turned down, I have no trouble hearing it. The toe is like a lot of bluetooth earpieces, a bit tinny. It is easy to setup and connects reliably to both the phones it is paired with. One thing that surprised me was the distance it will establish a connection. The first day, I pulled into the garage and went into the house. Later on, My wife's cell phone rang but she couldn't answer it. It turns out, it had connected with the car kit in the garage, a distance of over 30 ft and it was inside the car. I really like it.

Nice and useful device. Easy to setup. Good quality sound. Long battery life. Having two types of clips (one for sun shield and another for window) it is easy to find a place for it, however in my case window place is worse than sun shield. This particular item is cheapest one from the similar Iogear products, however functionality is enough and seams to be that there is no reason to buy other versions.

This is a good product at an excellent value. I use this in a noisy compact 10-year-old car and it performs well. I like the charging feature and auto shut off, cause I forget turn it off when I get home (or any destination). Took me a while to realize why I was not able to hear the callers on my phone, because they were speaking to my car- Even from inside my concrete house, so the reception is very good.

Great device for the money. Volume was loud enough to hear well (but not over the car stereo). Stays charged all the time with the solar option. Bluetooth was recognized instantly with my Droid phone. I would recommend this product.

I can't say enough good things about this item, especially for the modest price. The kit synced up to my Blackberry flawlessly and has worked perfectly since. The volume is more than sufficient and the call quality is very good. I find it much more pleasant using this device than the in-ear unit I was using before. The mounting hardware is very easy to use.

I have only charged the iogear one time. The solar charge works great. At first I thought it wasn't working only because it was already fully charged I wore down the battery some purposely then it charged via the solar very well. The sound quality at least with mytouch 4g is greaT I have to turn it down 50%.

I really like the ease of use and solar feature and have gone for several days of pretty moderate use and still haven't had to plug it in, so apparently it is doing its job! The one drawback is that most people seem to say that I am faint sounding, so I end up talking pretty loud to compensate..not sure if a bluetooth headset would have been better for this due to background noise in the car.

I have a Jabra SP200 which is OK if it's quite in the car, but if the windows are open or if there is background noise the person on the other end can't hear me. So I bought this one in hopes that it would be better, and it is. People on the other end can hear me even if there is background noise. And it's a real bargain, so I'm really happy with it.

This solar power bluetooth is great. I wouldn't own any other. The controls are easy to use. The sound is very clear, even with road noise and one of best things is I haven't had to recharge it by using the car lighter outlet, the solar power has been the only method I use.

I dont use my cell phone much in the car. So I wanted something that's there when i need it, but I dont have to worry about battery life. This unit is perfect for me. I have had this for about 3 weeks now and have not had to plug in the charger except for the initial charge. Even on cloudy days, it will charge itself. It is easy to use and has a small footprint. Suction cups hold real well. Would recommend to anyone that needs a practical, dependable blue tooth device without a whole lot of fancy features.

I bought this as a gift for my dad who wanted a hands free device he and my mom could talk on while driving. I decided on this one because of the price and the solar charging. He really likes it and, from my experience talking to him, his voice is clear with very little background noise. I was a bit skeptical going with an unknown brand but it had the best reviews, I found, of the solar charged car kits and he really likes it. Mission accomplished.
