I use this with Skype to talk to friends and family in the U.S. The camera quality is pretty good. A little grainy in low light, but the face tracking is perfect, the camera set-up is incredibly easy and the microphone installed in the headphones works great!
My only complaints...the camera doesn't exactly "clip" onto my laptop securely. It stays on the laptop, but feels precariously balanced there. So far, it hasn't fallen off, but I'm not confident it will stay secure. Also, the camera quality could be better, but it is pretty clear for that low price! You get what you pay for.
