The Sony LCM-CXC Semi-soft Zipper Case (Black) is designed to carry various Sony Handycam camcorders such as; DCR-SX series or HDR-CX series. The polyurethane holster-style case comes with a separate pouch to carry an extra battery. There is a Memory Stick media card pocket. It is carried by a removable, adjustable shoulder strap or a waist belt.

I bought this case in order to carry my Sony Handycam HDR-CX350V. I use it for day hikes which allows me to carry my camera with me without all the extra baggage of cables and gear. My camcorder fits nicely into the case even with an NP-FV70 battery pack attached. The NP-FV100 battery pack must be detached and put in a little carrying case that comes with the case.
I primarily use the case with the waist belt. The only thing I do not particularly care for and didn't know at the time of purchase was the fact that the waist belt is attached with a button snap. I had the button come undone while hiking in thick forest, but thankfully the button was not able to get threw my belt. Overall it is a handy and simple way to carry my camcorder and I enjoy using this product.
