Comments about Toshiba dynadock V USB Docking Station with Video:
I use the dynadock to add a 3rd monitor to my laptop. I got used to 2 monitors on my desktop and wanted the usable work area for my laptop. The laptop wasn't as usefull because of the smaller screen and added full keyboard and mouse. The dynadock video updates quickly enough for me, I do mostly embedded systems development and having lots of viewing space makes work easy. I can recommend this add-on. The device works as advertise. I prefer B&H for tech purchases,[...]

Comments about Toshiba dynadock V USB Docking Station with Video:
Setup was easy on Win7, as the download and installation of the drivers was automatic. I connected a wireless keyboard-mouse set, a printer, and a 1920x1080 monitor to the docking station, and everything worked right out of the box. The only small quip I have is the video responsiveness (appreciably slow, though OK for non-video-intensive applications), but then pushing 1920x1080 video through USB 2.0 is hard. When USB 3.0 becomes widespread this problem might be alleviated, but by then every other piece of hardware will need an upgrade.

I am not a huge fan of USB docking stations as the video signal is usually delayed and sketchy, but this is the best one I have found. I think the embedded vid card helps to alleviate that issue. [...]

Thanks to this product I can hook up one more screen with my laptop so I'm using three screens!!
The screen connected to dynadock shows a little bit lower quality and response lagging when video's played compared with the screen hooked up with on-board video card. Even though, I'm pretty satisfied with this product.

Comments about Toshiba dynadock V USB Docking Station with Video:
I installed the software with Windows 7 and it installed with no problems. Hooked up my Projector, wireless mouse and keyboard. It works great. Its easy to setup and run my presentations with the plug and play USB cable as the only thing to connect other than my laptop AC power cable. I would recommend another video port for my desktop monitor since I use both projector for students and need a monitor for my use when wanting privacy for grade entering.
