Comments about Sony DR-EX300iP In-Ear Stereo Headphones with Mic and Remote:
I've only had these for about 2 weeks now but so far they work great. Sometimes when I try to skip a song by clicking twice i find i have to push rather hard because I often find myself pausing it instead because I didn't click hard enough for one of the 2 clicks. I would still recommend these though.

Comments about Sony DR-EX300iP In-Ear Stereo Headphones with Mic and Remote:
I decided to switch to the ex-300ip earbuds from the MDR-EX38iP/BLK and straight out of the box you can tell a significant difference. Deeper bass, bett highs and mids, the 300s are just all around a big improvement. I thought the size might make a difference but I dont even notice it while the buds are in my ears. I use the buds with my 4s and the controls work flawlessly. If you are considering a quality set of earbuds that dont break the bank then this set should be on your short list. Comes with a small carry case and card wrap, I suggest a small ziplock baggie to carry the extra sets of ear pieces.

Comments about Sony DR-EX300iP In-Ear Stereo Headphones with Mic and Remote:
Superb sound quality, significantly better than the standard iPhone headset with the same controls. I listen to some mostly classical music and some jazz, often while working out. These headphones have great clarity and bass at any volume - audiophile quality. For phone calls the microphone is close to the mouth and I have had no complaints about how good I sound - not so with my apple headset. Note: I did burn these in for over 10 hours by running some pink noise using my White Noise app.
Earbuds come in three sizes so there will be a size to fit you. Earbuds are much easier to use if you wear glasses. They work well to cut down outside noise but not completely. Occasionally one side will fall out from excessive activity if not properly tucked in but no big deal. I only wish Sony included a case but I picked one up at a dollar store which works well.
Bottom line, if you have an iPhone and want a good headset for calls and a great sound for music then look no further. You won't be disappointed. No need to spend more on a Bose!!!

This product is essentially an extension over the archived Sony MDR-EX300 headphones. The added feature is the call answer ability for the iPhone.
Though I do not prefer Sony as they are not known for good bass, I opted for this one for my iPhone as these have massive bass.....infact more than the BoseDenons or Pioneers...
These headsets are awesome....the sound is crystal clear and have very good isolation plus excellent bass....
If you are a ear-bud enthisiast and have an iPhone/iPod - go for these..I strongly recommend them
Thanks Sony for taking care of bass this time.
