I bought this to replace an earlier Coby model. I like the functionality and the ability to play a range of media. The main reason for replacing the older one was that the remote stopped working completely, and I couldn't find a replacement. Haven't had this one long enough to determine whether it will have the same battery problems as the other - but it does have a power cord if that happens. Also easy to hook up to a TV for display.

and it was the best deal on the camera i needed it and sure enough the dvd player was the best deal on the net. They ship very fast and never had any problems with any thing i have bought from them.

We have used this for our autistic son who loves to watch movies. The unit gets a lot of use but not abuse. Lucky we bought the warranty program though as we've been through six of these in seven months. They just aren't durable and the charging port and DVD hinged door keep breaking. We're going to spend a bit more money and get something that will last.
