The devices worked great for the first two months, then the hardwire connections going to the battery, and the receiver connectors went bad. I would not recommend buying this product. Invest in a higher end model.

I love the recording quality, form factor & the low power of this unit, but I frequently run into serious, project-destroying problems with static.

This may be partially a range issue, since noise happens virtually non-stop when the batteries are not fully charged.

But it also happens when the subject turns or walks too near the furniture.

I am using the mic with video shooting and it is working quite well. They are easy to use and light weight. This is a good product for low to mid level video shooting. No bells and whistles; just a good simple wireless mic. They are a perfect addition to YouTube videos and will seriously enhance your video's audio track.

It turns out that this mic is really vulnerable to interference from the camera while recording. So I have to have someone holding it up and away while shooting. It is also not for long range applications. For me it works no more than 10-15 ft without interference. There is also a bit of a hiss but it isn't too distracting. Not for professional shoots but more hobby stuff.

Used during corporate training videos in large rooms filled with noisy production equipment. The A-T Pro 88 enables us to produce clean, clear audio without a lot of the ambient noise, or interference or static interruptions.
Will be buying a set for myself when I upgrade to a prosumer camcorder for home.

I've used this product to record teaching presentations, and it works quite well. Good, clear sound, and very easy to operate. It also only uses two 9 Volt batteries, which is minimal compared to some of the other mike/receiver set ups out there. All in all, you can't beat it for the price. The only thing I wish they would throw in would be an extra lapel clip, since these are easily lost.
