This Lavalier tie-clip Mic holder is sturdily constructed, and has a good amount of tension on the clothing clip. The mic clasp is also made from heavier-than-average wire, and will support lavalier microphones of varying sizes.
Things that are not-so-great about this product:
The size of the mic holder (in MM or otherwise) is not listed. In my case the lavalier tie-clip mic holder was too large for the wireless mic for which it was bought. To remedy I slipped a rubber grommet on the mic and am able to expand and land the mic clip in the groove of the grommet for a 'perfect fit.'

It's a good mic clip...but it's made for a BIG mic...so make sure you're ordering it for the mic it's made for. For those wondering...it will NOT fit a GS mic...it's way too big for them.

I bought this after my previous clip broke. So far it's great! The whole where the mic goes is a little big and doesn't fit as snuggly as my previous one but it falls in to place and holds up well.

This lav mic clip has a wire loop that keeps the clip attached to the mic better than some of the other AT clips. Works well as a replacement clip for the AT829CW (plastic) AT lav mic. Paint has a tendency to chip off after a while, but a sharpie can be used for touch-up.
