Excellent product for helmet cam. It would be great if it came with clear stick on lens covers to protect the lens when using outdoors in snow and sandy conditions.

The uses of the included items are great on paper. HOWEVER, when you take them from the paper to the real world the usefulness stops.
The best item in the kit is the belt clip backed cradle. The exact same one that already comes with the MUVI when you originally purchase it.
The waterproof skin fits wonderfully. If you use it you can't use any of the other included holder accessories. they won't fit with the skin in place which makes the skin useless.
The armband holder will fit (my guess) a 7 to 11 year old child's arm. Anything larger than that and the band is too short to go all the way around. Again, mostly useless.
The bike strap won't adequately secure the device under the conditions of actual use. If your bike is on the kick stand and not moving the strap works great. If you actually want to ride the bike the strap doesn't secure the MUVI without spinning and sliding up or down. Again useless.
Overall? Save your money and use the included cradle and clip to secure the MUVI to your shirt pocket. It works great like that and the camera itself takes very good video with passable sound quality. MUVI: Thumbs Up. MUVI Extreme Sports Pack: Thumbs Down, No Thumbs, not even a hand. A total waste of money!
