EpiK DrumS - A Ken Scott Collection from Sonic Reality is a virtual instrument/plug-in for creating authentic sounding drum kits and grooves with the same feel of the timeless classic albums. The instrument features drum kits and grooves of 5 of the world's best drummers, all recorded and mixed by legendary producer/engineer Ken Scott.
The drum sounds were created in the style of the multi-track studio sessions he recorded with David Bowie, Supertramp, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Dixie Dregs, Missing Persons, Elton John and The Beatles. The sounds themselves were captured using the same rare recording equipment, drum kits and percussion, and with the collaboration of the original drummers - Bill Cobham, Terry Bozzio, Woody Woodmansey, Bob Siebenberg and Rod Morgenstein.
