The Manfrotto 386BC Nano Clamp is a tiny but powerful black aluminum clamp, able to hold up to 8.8 lbs (4 kg). It weighs only 3.88 oz (110 g) and can grip a round tube with a diameter from 0.5 to 1.37" (13-35 mm). It uses high friction tape to improve the grip and has a pull-and-lock aluminum handle. Comments about Manfrotto 386BC Nano Clamp:
I have a number of full-size Manfrotto super clamps which I've been using for years for all sorts of things, like supporting backgrounds, lights and cameras - but the Nano Clamp is a different beast altogether. It is a perfect fit for lightweight kits with speedlights, nano stands etc.
Small enough to fit one or a few in your camera bag, and very versatile for attaching stuff in all sorts of places. Thanks to the little 1/4" & 3/8" adapter, you can mount stuff straight onto it, or attach a little ballhead if you need more angle options. Of course it's not as strong as a full-sized super clamp, but it is sturdy enough for its size. I'd have no hesitation hanging a full-size flashgun off it in just about any situation. Have not tested mounting a DLSR off it, yet!
The only catch is that you may need a spanner or multi-tool to hand if you're planning on removing and reversing the little thread adapter, as that sucker goes in pretty tight and has no way of removing by hand.

Great quality. The ratcheting ability of the lever is a nice touch. Perfect for lightweight jobs where the Superclamp isn't needed.
