I purchased this bag to go with the Manfrotto 1004BAC-3 QSS Air Cushioned Light Stands I own, the dream being that the bag would give me an easy way to keep them safe from dust, dirt and prying eyes as well as let me take them on location with ease. So it was without hesitation that when it came time to find a way to achieve these dreams that I purchased a bag made by the manufacturer of the very same light stands I wished to store and move.
What is it you desire to know? This is a bag, and since the invention of the bag mankind has used them for holding and moving various things to an overwhelming number of locations. It is in that grand tradition that this bag is made.
It has a resealable compartment that neatly fits Manfrotto lightstands with ease and a strap that allows you to wear them casually thrown over your shoulder like an acoustic guitarist might do with their instrument on those rare occasions they stop harassing everyone else with their endless cover songs.
If this bag has a drawback, and it has one, it would be that it is a bag designed for over the shoulder wear only. It does not make carrying it in a single hand any easier. If your shoulders get sore easily, or if you are shorter than the collapsed light stands themselves, then this is most definitely a drawback. If that describes you then do not buy this product! It is the reason it gets rated 3 stars instead of 4 or 5.
As pictured the bag is red and black and if you are like me you like that sort of thing. If you don't like that sort of thing then do not buy this product! It is unrelentingly red and black and you will hate it!
The zip is sturdy and can be placed in either the open or closed position. That's a nice feature.
I guess, really, that it does what you think it will do. I have taken it out on location a couple of times and discovered it unfortunately does not make the stands any lighter. If Manfrotto could find a way to make it do that, and add an handle, then this bag would be perfect.

Comments about Manfrotto LBAG110 Quick Stack Light Stand Bag, (Large):
There's plenty of room in this bag. I can fit 2 - 12' Manfrotto stands, 1 - 7' Manfrotto stand, 1 - 3' - Manfrotto stand, along with 4 umbrellas in this bag. Like others have said, a handle would be a nice addition, but no big deal with just the strap. It's nice to be able to keep all this gear in one place for travel.

Comments about Manfrotto LBAG110 Quick Stack Light Stand Bag, (Large):
Bag is plenty big enough for the 2 light stands and 3 umbrellas I carry in it. Almost too big actually. I might have preferred something a little shorter, but it will work. I do wish there was another way (handle) to carry it with besides the shoulder sling, as sometimes it is impractical. However, it does get the job done and is comfortable when worn full of stands/gear. Solid build/zipper quality, which is why I went with the Manfrotto name.

Good fit for Manfrotto 1051BAC stand(s), although nothing longer. Although it's described as having a 'padded interior' but only part of the interior has padding (the top 1/3 or so, and the bottom panel) - the rest is just the unpadded nylon.

I've been wanting this bag for a while and now that I have it, I'm really impressed. I carry one light stand, a tripod, umbrella, and one small bag inside of it and I'm sure I can fit more. The strap feels comfortable. It's a great looking bag overall.

not worth the money!
Advertised as:
***********************
Product Highlights
* Padded Cordura Nylon Bag
* Attached Shoulder Strap with Pad
***********************
but "most" of the bag is not padded, only the top end where it rides on your shoulder; and there is neither a shoulder strap "pad" nor handles, only a wide std strap.
it does, however, have a fancy "MANFRATTO" on it - woohoo
there has got to be something better, but my limited search did not find it.

Terrific value for money!
I have several Tamrac bags for most of my lighting equipment, but my four Manfrotto 1005BAC stands fit PERFECTLY in the LBAG110. It's clear that the bag was designed for carrying four, not just three, of this type of Manfrotto stand. There is plenty of space for an umbrella or two as well as the aforementioned stands.
While the stands are a little heavy, I expect to buy more of them - along with another LBAG110 in which to store/carry them.
I don't forsee a need to ship my lighting gear by air but if I did, I'm not completely sure that these bags are padded well enough to prevent damage to their contents. The padding is, however, perfectly adequate for storage and for transport by car/van.

I needed a well built reliable bag that I could fly back and forth to NY with to photograph weddings and this bag has worked perfectly. It fits a large tripod, 1 small lightstand and a lightpole (all padded for the plane). I also bought it because it was MAnfrotto and I knew the good name would be backed by a good product and it was. I also didn't want to spend a ton of money on this in case the airline destroyed it. This product was well worth the money!!

I use this to transport Manfrotto Quick Stack Light Stands. It is a tight fit, but there is just enough room for 3 stacked stands, 3 umbrellas, 3 umbrella clamps, 2 Manfrotto Super Clamps, and a couple of flexible snake arms for the super clamps. The shoulder strap is a nice addition, but it needs to be padded. An outside accessory pocket would have also been a nice addition. I have heard of people using baseball bat bags instead for carrying light stands, but I fear the Manfrotto light stands are too long for that.

I bought this, and three others to evaluate them all for my needs...I use a couple of 12'Giottos air cushion stands for my sports cross light work, and the bag I'd been using for them fell apart...I settled on the Manfrotto as is was better made than the others and a more suitablt size,so I returned the others...only complaint is the shoulder strap has a nasty little inclination to side off my shoulder at the worst times, and while carrying my gear...
