The Audio Technica AT4051A-EL is the cardioid, condenser capsule for the AT4051 microphone. The AT4051A-EL handles sound pressure levels (SPL) up to 143dB at no greater than 1% THD, a suitable solution for percussion and drums as well as brass and other sources high in volume. The microphone features a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz an the cardioid polar pattern eliminates off-axis noise and feedback.
- Modular Design
- The modular design of the AT4051a consists of the AT4049-ELE power supply and AT4053-ELE head capsule. Optional accessory capsules may be used, increasing versatility.
- Cardioid Polar Pattern
- The off-axis response is well controlled, yielding a highly uniform cardioid polar pattern. Noise caused by monitors, instruments, voices and general room ambiance are eliminated.
