Most current, professional flash heads and monolights are equipped with user replaceable flashtubes that may simply be plugged into, and unplugged from their sockets. With proper handling, these flashtubes may last for tens of thousands of flashes under normal use.
This flashtube is UV-Coated, or UV-Corrected. UV flashtubes have a yellow appearance, and they counteract the excess blue 5500° or higher output of non-UV coated flashtubes. UV Coating lowers the color temperature to 5300°, which is near the color of noon daylight on a clear day.

I do professional videography & photography for weddings. And i have been using broncolor product for years. Since i broke the flahtube on impact41, i ordered through B&H.[...]Broncolor is very excellent product. You will notice the results in your pictures immediately.I need to take several hundreds pictures during the wedding/reception. and the recycling time is excellent. I keep clicking pictures without even worrying about the recycle time of flash. Broncolor stands its reputation. I use impact 41 and impact21 together.
