American Audio PPA-210 Portable Sound System
The American Audio PPA-210 Portable Sound System provides the power and flexibility needed to deliver presentations, sermons, audio for events and more. Whether it's the classroom, auditorium, board room or back yard, the PPA-210 is designed for excellent sound quality.
The system features an 8-channel powered mixer that delivers 300 watts (150W + 150W) to a pair of detachable 10" speakers. The speakers may be mounted onto poles, and the mixer features 4 mic/line channels, and 2 dedicated stereo channels.
A USB connection will let you connect any USB device or MP3 player for accessing and playing MP3s. Additional features include powerful internal effects, 7-band graphic EQ section, LED peak metering and more.

This system blew me away at a local pro-audio music dealer's store. So I purchased this PA system. It has a lot of adjustments for fine tuning the music or vocals. I enjoy the portablility of this system,easy to load/unload. It is around 60 lbs. Set-up is easy and quick. However, I am not a fan of the speaker stand adapters that are included with the PA system. These adapters attach to the bottom of the speakers. I am hoping the next updated system will have pre-installed ports in the speakers like all of their competition.

Well I'm sure the product quality is just dandy, but its quite a shame how lame the company is. After spending the [$] on this, I opened the box and there were NO cables. I couldn't even plus it in. I called American DJ and they sent me some cables, but they were the wrong ones! I was sent an email asking what cables I needed and they didn't even know their own product well enough to send the corresponding cables!!!

I was looking for a portable system that would allow me to have multiple inputs including a mic/wireless mic and background/presentation music.
The PPA-210 did all of that easily and had the added benefit of the USB drive input--a huge time saver!
There are quite a few knobs, so it does require a little training for the average user, but that's because it's so flexible!
