The On-Stage KSA8000 Second Tier Attachment is a flexible addition to any x-stand with 1" (30mm) square or circular tubing. The KSA8000 provides a second tier for an additional keyboard, laptop, mixer, etc. Four adjustable arms pivot and slide to accommodate various sized gear.

I boughtnthis product to add two items to my keyboardnrig. FirsT, the distance between the tiers is limited becausenit wont secure to the middle part. And i had to cut a part of the stand to be able to use the lower settings.

I have a On Stage KS7350 Heavy Duty Folding-Z Keyboard Stand it isn't meant for it I had to drill holes in the area where you adjust the height and was able to make this unit fit and lock perfectly. It states that you can use a square circular surface to mount however it did not work for this unit.
