Purchase and activate the DroboCare Enhanced Service Agreement from Data Robotics within thirty days of your Drobo purchase for a full 12 months of technical support. The Drobo comes with only 90 days of technical support on its own, while this DroboCare agreement provides 12 months of technical support, and is renewable in 1 or 3-year increments as long as the Drobo continues to be actively sold. DroboCare also provides advance hardware replacement, so you'll be shipped a replacement Drobo or part without having to wait for the faulty hardware to be received first. - The DroboCare Support program is available if your products are still under standard warranty or currently protected by DroboCare. It can be renewed, one or three years at a time, as long as the Drobo product you are protecting is still being sold.
