Comments about J-Rod The J-Cube Accessory Shoe Adapter & Mic Mount:
I use it on my HDR-FX1000 to hold a light, small shotgun, and wireless receiver. I've tried several shoe solutions and this is far and away the strongest and steadiest. My only complaint is the shoe fittings are a little tight. I hope I don't break an attachment on one of the mounts.

Comments about J-Rod The J-Cube Accessory Shoe Adapter & Mic Mount:
I use the J Cube with my Lumix GH2.
When I first got it, I thought it was a little big, but when I started using it I realized that it is the perfect size.
Not only I need to mount several things at the same time, but also my Zoom H4 recorder, when mounted on the top, wouldn't allow me to properly use the viewfinder.
With the J-cube, I can mount it to the side and it doesn't obstruct the access to the viewfinder. Plus I can place a light and a mic on the extra 2 shoes.

The J-cube helps the small doc filmmaking unit do a reliable run-and-gun operation, by offering additional mounts for lavs/shotguns/lights, as needed. Works great, installs easily. Highly recommended.

Really like the overall design. But it is kind of pricey for what it is.

Comments about J-Rod The J-Cube Accessory Shoe Adapter & Mic Mount:
I use J-cube with Sony V1 camera. Fits perfectly, even with built in shotgun mic holder, but right side cannot be used...still enough room for my sehnnheiser wireless audio on right and video light on top. Awesome product :)

Comments about J-Rod The J-Cube Accessory Shoe Adapter & Mic Mount:
The J-CUBE is beautifully designed for compact usefulness and maximum utilization of purpose with high quality materials and "superior" strength for what it offers. Its quality, stylish semi-retro look is wonderful and significantly enhances the appearance and usefulness of my camera. Considering the quantity of competing products out there, you've done a great job with this one!"

Comments about J-Rod The J-Cube Accessory Shoe Adapter & Mic Mount:
Originally the J-Cube worked in a limited capacity on my Sony Z-5 preventing the opening of the viewfinder. Upon contacting Jeff Rhode at [@] Jeff went out of his way to come up with a revised j-Cube. By off-centering three of the shoes on the J-Cube, the viewfinder on the my Sony Z-5 can now be opened, closed and rotated with a wireless mike attached vertically on the left side, a horizontally positioned wireless receiver on the right and an on-camera light on top. What was at first frustrating to use is now very useful. Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty in customer service.

Comments about J-Rod The J-Cube Accessory Shoe Adapter & Mic Mount:
I use the J-Rod J-Cube on top of my Canon 5DII. It holds my Zoom H4N, a Rode Videomic and a receiver for my Sony wireless lav. I have mainly used on a tripod in a small studio setting. The J-Cube is a great way to keep all of the peripherals organized and also close at hand. I had been hanging the Zoom and the Sony receiver off of the tripod...which resulted in a tangled mess of cables and a very amateur look.
