With a guide number of 82, 0-7 Sec. recycle time, dual range automatic to 30', and the ability to zoom, bounce, and swivel the head this flash is a great value. The flash will sync to your camera from the hot shoe or the included 2.5mm sync cord.

A great first-time flash. There are certainly nicer models out there, but this equipment does everything it needs to and is great to learn on. It is fully functional but not at a huge price tag.
