a previous reviewer commented on how badly the phone hooks onto the ear and how low the sound was. That happened to me too, until I realized that I was wearing it backwards: the clip ddesign is different than other headsets and should be worn as depicted in the prod photo. It should not be flipped outwards. Now it sounds amazing, and no one tells me they can't hear me.
