The Cascade Microphones M20u Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone is a low cost, quality studio microphone for capturing vocals, instruments and amplifier cabinets. Its large 1.07" gold vapor-diaphragm results in a wide, smooth frequency response. A -10dB pad maximizes headroom while capturing transient peaks, and a low-cut filter eliminates low frequency hum and noise. The M20u also features a cardioid polar pattern for minimizing off-axis noise and feedback, and its suspension shockmount effectively minimizes handling noise.
