The 2-Port USB 3.0 PCI Express Desktop Adapter Card from Iomega takes advantage of the incredible speeds of the USB 3.0 standard. Connecting via the PCI Express interface, the expansion card provides you with two USB 3.0 ports on your existing computer. Connect to compatible devices and transfer data as fast as 5Gb/s; the ports are also compatible with USB 2.0 devices. USB 3.0 also has new power-management capabilities that allow for unused devices to enter idle, suspend and sleep modes. The USB 3.0 PCI Express card allows you to take full advantage of the USB 3.0 technology, all on your current computer system.

It's a pretty decent PCI for use with some of your larger masses of data that need transfer. For me it didn't really get close to the advertised 5 gbps, but it definitely is a great improvement over 2.0 or FW400 devices some people may be using.
