The ProSafe 7dBi Omni-Directional Antenna from Netgear operates in the 2.4-to-2.48GHz frequency range and provides 7dBi Omni-directional signal gain. Using passive RF shaping and enabling more optimal placement, the ProSafe 7dBi Omni-Directional Antenna boosts the wireless range and as well as wireless performance on the 802.11g Wi-Fi network.
The ProSafe 7dBi Omni-Directional Antenna features a female reverse SMA connector and a 4.9' (1.5 m) low-loss extension cable to connect directly into an access point. With no software or drivers to install, the ProSafe 7dBi Omni-Directional Antenna is very easy to set up. Integrated magnets allow for mounting on magnetic surfaces such as file cabinets, white boards and ceiling T-bars. Desktop and wall mounting are also possible.
